Mr. Bounthavy worked for more than 20 years with WCS Lao as an office manager, administration staff and driver. He knows protected areas across the country well and has an excellent understanding of the government institutions charged with managing them. Mr. Bounthavy is the key person responsible for navigating the administrative requirements for operating in Lao PDR and ensuring that the Asian Arks office runs well.
